Hi, I'm Dr Adam Sawyers 👋
Strength Coach, medical Doctor, Gym owner, competitive Powerlifter and general strength enthusiast.
I've competed successfully in both Powerlifting and Judo and over the past 15+ years have helped hundreds of athletes to become unreasonably strong too.
From competing at the international level I understand exactly what is required to get your body operating at the highest level. And from my medical background, I bring a forensic ability to diagnose what is holding you back from getting brutally strong.
For years, I've seen powerlifters get nowhere with conflicting advice online. Always smashing their heads, often literally, against the wall in search of progress.
That's why I created 14-Strong - a system that puts the fundamentals of health in place to allow you to excel physically.
I made 14-Strong free so I can help as many people as possible, to get started on their journey from 'I lift weights' to becoming the strongest person in their gym.
I've distilled everything I've learned about getting unreasonably strong down into simple, actionable frameworks you can apply to your own training.
